Illinois State Police say a Flora man has been arrested for Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child.
The arrest of 26-yer-old Braxton Allen follows an investigation that began April 11th.
The alleged incident occurred in May of 2021.
After Allen was formally charged Monday, he was arrested by Flora Police.
He is being held without bond in the Clay County Jail.
