Hello everybody,
During these days I have been reading about how the mind works.
It has been fascinating to discover the more you read the more intelligent you become.
This might seem obvious to you but most people develop bad emotional connections to reading. Children might have been bullied or had experience in general towards education.
If you have passion for how life works and why you should always read then you will definitely get there (I hope you got that one last sentence).
Ok, sooooo … I was doing meditation this morning, my second day really, and my engineering mind started to wonder; – “Wait a minute! I should google subconscious and see what its definition in Wikipedia isâ€. I have to say, I feel a little less confused and more interested in learning how meditation works. So dig in …

The word subconscious is an anglicized version of the French subconscient as coined by the psychologist Pierre Janet, who argued that underneath the layers of critical thought functions of the conscious mind lay a powerful awareness that he called the subconscious mind.[1] Because there is a limit to the information that can be held in conscious focal awareness, a storehouse of one’s knowledge and prior experience is needed; this is the subconscious.
In Freud’s opinion the unconscious mind has a will and purpose of its own that cannot be known to the conscious mind (hence the term “unconscious”) and is a repository for socially unacceptable ideas, wishes or desires, traumatic memories, and painful emotions put out of mind by the mechanism of psychological repression.
Fascinating Chimiganchas Batman!
Psychology has discovered brains can only take care of the conscious input of the 5 senses. The unconscious is where we storage things that define your principles and beliefs; your socially unacceptable ideas, wishes or desires, traumatic memories, and painful emotions put out of mind by the mechanism of psychological repression.
By listening to your mind and body you can identify which areas or internal programming you should change or modify so they are aligned with what you want to pursue in life.
Want to become a famous actor? Then reprogram your brain by reading acting books every day, by taking acting lessons and by listening to YouTube videos on how to act.
Want to become a singer? Then join singing Facebook groups, take singing lessons and watch videos on how to sing, every day.
Don’t multitask when you are re-programming your brain. Don’t worry about other things going on in your mind and don’t let other task take your attention away from the re-programming of your brain.
The unconscious needs to be rewired if you want to avoid falling out of path. Pursue your dreams by taking action and staying on course. It is imperative that you take action everyday towards your goal in life.
