TRIED IN DIXON’S CASE AND CLAYTON’S CASE, BOTH OF THOSE MURDERS, WITHIN THE SCOPE OF ONE TRIAL. LLOYD SAID HE DID NOT WANT THAT. THE JUDGE DENIED THE MOTION. IN A NEW FILING THAT CAME THROUGH YESTERDAY, LLOYD EXPRESSES HE HAS CHANGED HIS MIND. THE NEW DOCUMENT DOES NOT EXPLAIN WHY.
