Matt Haley Trust fights state on eminent domain valuation




FENWICK ISLAND – When James Beard House Award-winning chef Matt Haley, founder of SoDel Concepts, died from crash injuries in 2014, a nonprofit trust in his name was created to continue supporting charities in Delaware, Nepal and Nicaragua.
