WILMINGTON — Stepping Stones Community Federal Credit Union has announced that it will offer low-interest loans to graduates of the West End Neighborhood House’s Launcher Entrepreneurship Program.
The effort expands access to capital to entrepreneurs who may not be able to secure a traditional bank loan otherwise.
