DOVER — A 346-site manufactured home community in Delaware’s capital has changed hands for more than $31 million, adding another property to RHP Properties’ growing Delaware portfolio.
On July 30, Michigan-based RHP Properties announced that it acquired Pinewood Acres, an all-age manufactured home community in the Dover area with 346 home sites.
