The Chicago Mayor was recently asked why Tom Homan was able to find a criminal alien in 24 hours that has been evading Chicago law enforcement since 2009. His response, “Because that’s their job.” He believes he has no responsibility to protect the citizens of Chicago from violent illegal alien criminals because “That’s the federal government’s job.”
