Shentel has leased space on Peterson Drive in Seaford, under a lease negotiated by Associate Advisor Shelby Gillis of NAI Coastal.
As the tenant representative, Gillis negotiated a five yan ear term for 6,000 square feet of industrial warehousing space. In addition, Shentel will occupy 15,000 square feet of outside space for storage.
“We are excited to enter the Delaware market in support of its growing population,” said Robert Browning, director of Supply Chain Management for Shentel.
According to a release, with increased residential demand often comes increased demand for commercial services provided by the company.
Gillis collaborated with Kelly Jeter of the McClellan Team, SVN Miller Commercial Real Estate, representative of the landlord.
