The defending back-to-back national champion Georgia Bulldogs are coming off a 24-14 home win over South Carolina. Georgia is 3-0, but has not played a complete game yet.
South Carolina held a 14-3 halftime lead over Georgia. The Bulldogs missed a pair of field goals and had some red zone struggles, but the Dawgs overcame that with a dominant second half to defeat the Gamecocks.
Georgia has won 21 straight home games including when the Dawgs beat UAB 56-7 in 2021. UAB enters the Georgia game with a 1-2 record. UAB defeated North Carolina A&T in Week 1 before losing to Georgia Southern and then Louisiana.

UAB at Georgia injury report:
Georgia wide receiver Ladd McConkey has missed Georgia’s first three games with a back injury. Georgia safety Javon Bullard’s status is in doubt because of an ankle injury, which forced his to miss the South Carolina game. Offensive tackle Amarius Mims picked up an injury against the Gamecocks.
Georgia head coach Kirby Smart will provide further injury updates as it gets closer to the UAB game.
Advice and prediction
We think Georgia is going to win big against UAB. The question is how big?
UAB’s defense has given up 90 points over the past two weeks, so we like for the Bulldogs to top 50 points for the first time all season. Georgia’s defense should hold up well against UAB before allowing the Blazers to score in the fourth quarter.
Prediction: Georgia 52, UAB 7
